Dwell Mortgage designed and built the Ai and Bot using readily available resources found on the internet. Any documents shared or utilized to train the bot were done so with the understanding that all information was public and available to all.

TERMINATION:

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason.

Upon termination, your access to the chat bot will be revoked, and any obligations or rights under this agreement will cease.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or arbitration in accordance with any and all applicable laws pertaining to this matter.

GOVERNING LAWS:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES:

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through the chat bot or by other means.

Continued use of the chat bot after the changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

SEVERABILITY:

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Dwell Mortgage LLC regarding the use of the chat bot, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
