Hands down the best mortgage company around. We’ve done three transactions with them and each time the Dwell team rocked it. They are professional and super thoughtful. How many mortgage companies will send you flowers when hearing about a death in your family? Dwell is about top notch customer service period. I started using Dwell for a refi to pay down debt, then we had to move on short notice and they got me a rate I couldn’t find anywhere else and even stuck with me during delays from our buyer falling through and some tricky situations with purchasing new construction. Danielle is the best. She helped us buy our new home and even though it was complicated with it being contingent on the sale of our previous home, issues with the buyer, their lender, moving dates, etc. she helped guide us through the entire process.
