Having started in the mortgage industry in 2009 Shane the CEO and founder stepped into a unique market with a unique perspective. Six years in a row, Shane was a Top 1% Mortgage Originator, and built a top producing branch that in it’s final year closed over $340 million in loan production. 

With a passion for mentorship, Shane stepped back from origination to focus on supporting and growing Dwell Mortgage, a boutique brokerage with a presence in several growing markets. With a belief that everyone should be a life long student Shane and his business partner founded The Collective Coaching, inspiring and challenging entrepreneurs across the country to create repeatable habits, grow their business and focus on creating financial freedom. His goal with Dwell Mortgage is to build something so unique and sustainable his team will want to one day take it over and retire him to a support role!
